Elyse McMeen

Licensed Massage Therapist

Elyse began her career in Memphis in 2004 and later spent 12 years in Nashville, where her experience deepened through close collaboration with Physical Therapists and Pilates instructors. During that time, Elyse developed a strong understanding of how to support clients dealing with repetitive use injuries, chronic pain, and both pre- and post-operative recovery—complementing and extending the work done in physical therapy.

Elyse’s  practice incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure, and Reflexology. She is also certified in Cupping Therapy and Prenatal Massage.  With a holistic and evidence-based approach, Elyse tailors each session to address pain management, injury prevention, postural imbalances, and overall well-being. Her practice integrates structural assessment and a range of therapeutic techniques to support long-term mobility, recovery, and relaxation.

As a certified Pilates instructor, Elyse integrates her knowledge of movement and alignment into her massage practice. Whenever appropriate, she offers postural guidance, along with stretches and exercises that clients can incorporate after their sessions. Her goal is always to help each person not only experience relief during the session, but also maintain a lasting sense of health, balance, and comfort long after they leave the table.
